London interbank eurodollar market for deposits in United States dollars having a one month maturity, as determined by Holder with reference to the financial information reporting service used by Holder at the time of such determination (the "LIBOR Rate") plus 2.25%. This rate is subject to change on 04/30/2003, and will be subject to change on the same day of every month thereafter (the "Change Date"). The interest rate change is based on changes in the LIBOR Rate.
