Employment Agreement This Agreement made as of the 14th day of May, 1999, by and between Graham Cannon (the "Executive" ) and foreignTV.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the "Company ") (hereinafter collectively: the "Parties"). WHEREAS, the Company wishes to hire the Executive to work for it as its Vice President - Marketing with duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement below; and WHEREAS, the Company and the Executive wish to set forth in writing the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Executive shall be employed by the Company.
