Employment Agreement This Agreement made as of the 15th day of July, 1999, by and between Elorian C. Landers (the "Executive ") and foreignTV.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the "Company") (hereinafter collectively: the " Parties") WHEREAS, the Company wishes to hire the Executive to work for it as its Vice President - Corporate Development, with duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement below; and WHEREAS, the Company and the Executive wish to set forth in writing the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Executive shall be employed by the Company.
