FOR VALUE RECEIVED, each of the undersigned, jointly and severally if more than one (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Borrower"), promises to pay to the order of CoreStates Bank, N.A.*, a national banking association (the "Bank), at any of its banking offices in Pennsylvania, the principal amount of THREE MILLION AND---------------00/100 DOLLARS in lawful money of the United States, or, if less, the outstanding principal balance on all loans and advances made by Bank evidenced by this Note ("Loans"), plus interest.
