THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT is made this 7th day of April, 2005, for delivery on April 12, 2005 by and between CEDAR-CAMP HILL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”) and CITIZENS BANK OF PENNSYLVANIA, a Pennsylvania state chartered savings bank (the “Lender”).
