This Aircraft Time Sharing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 15th day of September, 2004 by and between Standard & Poor’s Securities Evaluations, Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Operator”), and Harold McGraw III, an individual (“Lessee”), who together are sometimes also referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
