This LEASE (the “Lease”) has been made and entered into this 29th day of November, 2006, by and between AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Islands of Bermuda (hereinafter called the “Landlord”), of the one part and ALLIED WORLD ASSURANCE COMPANY, LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Islands of Bermuda (hereinafter called the “Tenant”), of the other part.
