LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of March 23, 2007, among US AIRWAYS GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Borrower party hereto from time to time, the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time party to this Agreement as Lenders, and CITICORP NORTH AMERICA, INC.
