This Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 13, 2007 by and among the Persons listed on Schedule A attached hereto (each, a “Seller,” and collectively, the “Sellers”), Lexico Publishing Group, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Company”), Answers Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”) and Brian Kariger, as the Sellers Representative. Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit A.
