Celanese Corporation and its Affiliates (Employer), 1601 West LBJ Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75234 and Lyndon Cole, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as “Employee”), agree that:

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Plan.
