This Agreement and General Release (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 10, 2008, by and between International Fight League, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal executive offices located at 38 Park Avenue, 2nd Floor, Rutherford, New Jersey 07070 (the “Company”), and Jay Larkin, an individual, who is domiciled at (“Executive”; and each of the Company and Executive, a “Party”, and together, the “Parties”).
