This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of December, 2008 by and between Legg Mason Partners Variable Equity Trust (“Investment Company”), a Maryland business trust, and Legg Mason Investor Services, LLC (“Distributor”).
