EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of the 30th day of December, 2008 by and between ARROW ELECTRONICS, INC., a New York corporation with its principal office at 50 Marcus Drive, Melville, New York 11747 (the “Company”), and PETER S. BROWN, residing at 808 Court North Drive, Melville, NY 11747 (the “Executive”).
