THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 28, 2009, by and between CORVEL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
