This Security Agreement (as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified, this “Agreement”) is made March 8, 2007, between MOD-PAC CORP. a New York corporation, with offices at 1801 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14207 (“Grantor”), and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, with offices at 50 Fountain Plaza, Buffalo, New York 14202, and its successors and assigns (“Lender”).
