authorized the Company to consummate a complete unwind and termination of the Crack Spread Hedging Agreement beginning with the April 2009 positions (the “Unwind Transaction”). Pursuant to the Revolving Amendment (and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and in the Revolving Amendment), the Revolving Lenders and the Revolving Collateral Agent have authorized the Company to consummate the Unwind Transaction.
