This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2009 by and between PVF Capital Corp., an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), its wholly-owned subsidiary, Park View Federal Savings Bank, a federally chartered stock savings bank (the “Bank”) (the Company and the Bank shall hereinafter sometimes be referred to collectively as the “Employer”), and Robert J.
