This Registration Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 16th day of September, 2009 is entered into by and among Aries Maritime Transport Limited, a Bermuda corporation (the “Company”), Grandunion, Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (“Grandunion”), and Rocket Marine Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (“Rocket Marine”).
