THIS NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “AGREEMENT”) is made and is effective the 22nd day of June, 1999 by and between Gen-Probe Incorporated (“GEN-PROBE”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business in San Diego, CA and Vysis, Inc.
