Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of September 29, 2009, among the subsidiary listed on Schedule I attached hereto (a “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), all subsidiaries of Gaylord Entertainment Company (or its permitted successor), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking corporation (or its permitted successor), as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
