THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of December, 2009, by and between MOBILE MINI, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Christopher J. Miner (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
