The Limited Liability Company This Operating Agreement which is dated January 13, 2004 establishes the conditions for operation of a Single-Member Limited Liability Company under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The Limited Liability Company (LLC) shall be effective upon the filing of Articles of Organization as required by Wyoming.
