Kessler (“EMPLOYEE”) and ABERCROMBIE & FITCH MANAGEMENT CO., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New Albany, Ohio, which, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, are collectively referred to herein as the “Company.”
