TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of January 15, 2010 (this “Trust Agreement”), between SUPERFUND ADVISORS INC., a New York corporation, as managing owner (the “Managing Owner”), and BNY MELLON TRUST OF DELAWARE, a state bank chartered under the laws of the State of Delaware, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
