This Management Services Agreement dated as of January 27, 2010 (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions relating to certain management and administrative services to be provided by WMG Services LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company or its designee (hereinafter referred to as “WMG”), to Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “IRE”).
