THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 12th day of February, 2010, by and between SPIRIT AEROSYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and PHILIP D. ANDERSON (“Employee”). The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) will be the later of (i) the date this Agreement is signed, or (ii) the date this Agreement is approved by the board of directors.
