THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on June __, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) by and between and Bell Microproducts Canada — Tenex Data ULC, a Nova Scotia corporation, having offices at 4118 14th Ave. Unit #5, Markham Ontario, L3R0J3 and its affiliates (“Bell Micro”) and OCZ Technology Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 6373 San Ignacio Avenue, San Jose, California 95119 (“Supplier”).
