CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated as of September 12, 2006, as amended and restated as of March 5, 2010, among FIDELITY NATIONAL FINANCIAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, known as Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. prior to the FNF Restructuring, as defined herein (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender, U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL BANK, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
