This Performance Unit Award Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Weatherford International Ltd., a Swiss corporation (the “Company”), and (the “Holder”) as of this March 18, 2010, pursuant to the Weatherford International Ltd. 2006 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended (the “Plan”), which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
