This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this 25th day of March, 2010, by and between WHITE ELECTRONIC DESIGNS CORPORATION, an Indiana corporation (the “Seller”), and BOWMAR LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the “Purchaser”). The Seller and Purchaser are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
