This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is executed on March 12, 2010, but effective as of April 1, 2010, between Belden Asia (Hong Kong) Limited, a company organized under the laws of Hong Kong (the “Company”), and Naresh Kumra (the “Executive”). The Company is an indirect subsidiary of Belden Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Belden”). For clarity it is understood that Company is an affiliate of Belden.
