This Third Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 27, 2010 and effective as of such date, is made by and between Constar International Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal offices at One Crown Way, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19154, (together with their respective successors and assigns, the “Company”), and Mr. Michael Hoffman (the “Executive”).
