THIS STOCK PURCHASE WARRANT (“Warrant”) CERTIFIES THAT, for value received, subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth, RJ AUBREY IR SERVICES LLC (the “Holder”) is entitled to purchase from Rockwell Medical Technologies, Inc., a Michigan corporation, and its successors and assigns (the “Company”) up to 20,000 shares (the “Warrant Shares”) of common stock of the Company, no par value (the “Common Stock”).
