THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of this 27th day of May, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among Gen Fukunaga, a Texas resident (the“Executive”), FUNimation Productions, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership and its sister company, animeOnline, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, (collectively the “Company”), and Navarre Corporation, a Minnesota corporation and parent of the Company (the“Parent”).
