As you know, NTT DATA Corporation (“NTT DATA”) and Intelligroup, Inc. (“Intelligroup”) have entered into a merger agreement pursuant to which NTT DATA has agreed to acquire Intelligroup, subject to certain closing conditions and customary regulatory approvals.
