Chafey, Jr. (hereinafter referred to as “Chafey”) and his wife Laura González Bothwell, and Popular, Inc., Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Banco Popular North America, Popular International Bank, Inc. and Popular North America, Inc., represented by Eduardo J. Negrón, Executive Vice President of Popular, Inc.
