THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED OEM SUPPLY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement “ or “Third Amended and Restated Agreement”) is entered into by and between MedQuist Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“MedQuist”), and Nuance Communications, Inc.
