This Agreement is entered into by the financial institution or service provider executing this Agreement (the “Service Organization”) and Goldman Sachs Trust (the “Trust”), 71 South Wacker, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The Trust is an open-end management investment company that includes the Goldman Sachs Financial Square Funds, Goldman Sachs Fixed Income Funds, Goldman Sachs Domestic Equity Funds, Goldman Sachs International Equity Funds and Goldman Sachs Fund of Funds Portfolios (such Funds and Portfolios now or hereafter offered by the Trust are individually referred to herein as a “Fund” and, collectively, as the “Funds”).
