This CREDIT AGREEMENT is dated as of August 13, 2010 and entered into by and among EXPRESS SCRIPTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS LISTED ON THE SIGNATURE PAGES HEREOF (each individually referred to herein as a “Lender” and collectively as “Lenders”) and CREDIT SUISSE AG, CAYMAN ISLANDS BRANCH (“Credit Suisse”), as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) for the Lenders.
