(“DAI”), DONEGAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION (“DFSC”), DONEGAL MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY (“DMIC”), DONEGAL GROUP INC. (“DGI”) and UNION NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION (“UNNF”).
