THIS AGREEMENT with effect from this 1st day of September 2010 by and between DRYSHIPS INC. a Marshall Islands corporation having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the “Company”) and VIVID FINANCE LIMITED a company having its registered office at 10 Skopa Street, Nicosia, Cyprus (the “Consultant”).
