This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of by and between Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain Co., Ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) and ([Passport/ID] Number ___), an individual (the “Executive”).
