BioMed Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and BioMed Realty, L.P., a Maryland limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership” and together with the Company, the “Transaction Entities”), each confirms its agreement with Wells Fargo Securities, LLC (“Wells Fargo Securities”), Raymond James & Associates, Inc. (“Raymond James”), Morgan Stanley & Co.
