This Settlement Agreement and Releases (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between M.N. Mansour and M.N. Mansour Inc., a California corporation, on the one side (collectively “Mansour”), and Catalytic Solutions Inc., a California corporation, and Applied Utility Systems, Inc., a California corporation (collectively “CSI”), on the other side, for the express purpose of amicably resolving, compromising, and settling all disputes and claims between them, with respect to the following facts:
