This Second Amended Limited Partnership Agreement of Campbell Global Trend Fund, L.P. (the “Fund” or the “Partnership”), is entered into as of November 1, 2010 (this “Agreement”), by and among Campbell & Company, Inc., a Maryland corporation, as general partner (the “General Partner” or “Campbell & Company), and those other parties who may be hereafter admitted to the Fund and who shall execute this Agreement, whether in counterpart, by separate instrument or otherwise, as limited partners of the Fund (collectively the “Limited Partners”) executed by Campbell & Company, Inc. as general partner, in accordance with the provisions hereinafter set forth. This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Amended Limited Partnership Agreement of the Fund dated as of January 1, 2010.
