This Release and Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) will confirm the understanding of Federal Signal Corporation and William H. Osborne (“Employee”) in connection with the termination of Employee’s employment with Federal Signal Corporation (the “Company”) and his resignation from the Company’s and any of its subsidiaries’ Boards of Directors.
