RigNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), has granted an option (the “Option”) to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock, $0.001 par value (the “Stock”), to the individual whose name is set forth below on the “Name of Optionee” line (“Optionee”). The terms and conditions of the Option are set forth in this Incentive Stock Option Award Agreement, including the additional terms and conditions attached hereto (this “Agreement”), and in the RigNet, Inc. 2010 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the terms of which are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety. Any term used in this Agreement that is not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Plan.
