THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), by and between LENDER PROCESSING SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Thomas L. Schilling (the “Employee”), is made and entered into on this thirtieth (30th) day of September, 2010 and shall be effective as of November 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”); provided, however, that the provisions of Section 9 shall be enforceable upon the execution of this Agreement even if the Agreement is terminated prior to the Effective Date.
