THIS ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 5, 2010 by and between METHODIST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF SAN ANTONIO, LTD., L.L.P., a Texas limited liability limited partnership (“Buyer”), and HEART HOSPITAL OF SAN ANTONIO, L.P., a Texas limited partnership d/b/a TEXSAN HEART HOSPITAL (“Seller”).
