This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of August 4, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Travelzoo Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) with principal corporate offices at 590 Madison Avenue, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10022, and Shirley Tafoya, whose address is currently XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (“Employee”). The Company and Employee are at certain times each referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
